Detail Text: The medical report submitted does not provide a diagnosis from the physician who performed the physical examination. The Trust does not accept medical review of physical examinations for disease levels 1-1V as outlined in section 5.7(a)(1)(A) of the TDP. Please submit a medical report for the alleged diagnosis based on a physical examination of the claimant by the physician providing the diagnosis of the asbestos-related disease. Without additional information, this claim will not be capable of further review.
