Announcement of Automated Clearing House (ACH) Payment Option for all Group Check Recipients - 2/6/2008 The Delaware Claims Processing Facility (DCPF) is pleased to announce the option to receive direct payments via ACH. The Facility anticipates issuing payments during the month of February 2008.
Under this payment option, a law firm electing to receive their payments by ACH would receive all funds due from the Trust (Expedited Review and Individual Review payments) in one ACH payment. An e-mail is sent directly to the person that your law firm appoints, notifying him or her that the payment has been sent via ACH from the Trust’s bank to the account that your law firm designates. A report will accompany each notification. This report identifies each payment by claim number, claimant name, option choice (ER or IR), and payment amount.
